How to Check Device Compatibility
Please verify the following conditions before placing your order.
  • Connect to Wi-Fi: Verify that the device appears under Trusted Devices and that iCloud storage loads properly.
  • Check Game Center: Ensure Game Center can be turned on and off with a slight delay. If not, configure Game Center in Settings.
  • Reset Settings: Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset All Settings. If prompted for Face ID or passcode, the Open Menu method may not work.
  • Use UDID: Place the order using the device’s UDID (copy it from the HFZ tool).
  • Toggle Game Center: Switch the Game Center toggle 5–6 times: Settings → User ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Show All → Game Center.
  • Disconnect Wi-Fi and SIM: Turn off Wi-Fi and remove the SIM card before starting the process.
  • Password Issues: If you encounter a password problem, use the Reset Password button in the tool. If the system asks for an old password, it means the device backup is encrypted and the Open Menu method may not work.
Devices that request passwords for restricted settings or encrypted backups may not be compatible with the Open Menu method.
